Yellow Butterfly Wellness

A Little About Me

I’m Elaina Garcia, a licensed massage therapist and esthetician and the founder of Yellow Butterfly Wellness.

Rooted in my Santa Clara Pueblo heritage, I bring a grounded, intentional, and detail focused approach to every treatment. But above all, my goal is to create a space where you can slow down, be present, and focus on yourself.

I became a massage therapist because I saw how much tension people carry... sometimes without even realizing it! As I worked with clients, I began noticing that same tension in the face. That realization led me to esthetics and gave me another way to help people release, restore, and care for themselves.

For me, massage and skincare are connected. Both create an opportunity to pause, reconnect with your body, and give yourself the attention you so often give to everyone else.

I want every person who comes into Yellow Butterfly Wellness to leave feeling restored, cared for, and more confident in their own skin and body.

The Meaning Behind Yellow Butterfly

I am from Santa Clara Pueblo, and my heritage is an important part of who I am and how I move through the world.
To me, the butterfly also represents transformation, growth, and becoming. Not transformation into someone else, but the ongoing process of growing, changing, and coming back to yourself.

That idea is at the heart of Yellow Butterfly Wellness.

I created this space as an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and care for yourself through intentional touch and skincare. As a massage therapist and esthetician, I have the privilege of helping clients create moments of restoration—whether that means releasing tension, caring for their skin, or simply giving themselves permission to pause.

Yellow Butterfly Wellness is more than a business name. It is a part of me, and a reflection of the kind of space I want to create for others.

Yellow Butterfly is my Tewa name.

My Approach

I want your appointment to feel like more than simply receiving a service.

Before we begin, we'll take a moment to talk about what you're looking for and what your body or skin needs that day. From there, I'll tailor the treatment accordingly.

I pay attention to the little things—from the areas that hold tension to the pressure you prefer, the products your skin responds to, and the moments when your body simply needs you to slow down.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, cared for, and renewed.
